VEG out With Vilms came to fruition after my transformation from an animal-based diet to a plant-based diet and vegan lifestyle. The blog and website exists to encourage and teach others how to eat healthy, nourishing vegan and raw vegan cuisine, and how to live vegan. My vision is a world free of mental, emotional, and physical poverty.
There is nothing that has profoundly changed me more than living vegan! This beautiful lifestyle has enabled me to thrive on healthy and delicious food (cooked and raw).
