One of the meanings of the word “inspire” is to “fill with revolutionary ideas.” I see life’s experiences as great learning opportunities, and I write about them.  If we step back, breathe, and view our experiences as the teachers that they are, we will be transformed and not crushed by them.  We learn. We share. We are inspired. We make the world a gentler, healthier place.
